Who we are

Cascada Consulting was founded by Barbara Lyons, PhD, who has devoted a career of more than 20 years to improving how public programs work for people. Before founding Cascada, Barbara was a senior vice president at the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, where she directed the work of the Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured.
